Also, seems to be the time of year for listing things, so here's a list of the top 5 things we need!
1. A new mixer...or the old one fixed.
2. A couple of new mics.
3. Mic leads! or someone to fix the piles of dead ones...
4. 1 or 2 mic stands that don't need to be gaffed to the floor to stay upright.
5. A new couch! Yeah, it's done well, but needs to be put out to pasture...
